【Use and dosage】
This product's salient features: for disperse dyes, can effectively improve their sublimation fastness; can effectively improve the washing fastness; with minimal impact on the fabric shade; have to improve the hand function.
Process Applications: Baptist rolling process, impregnation process.
1. For the stereotyped
If the fabric need to shape, then the smoke rolled this product 2 ~ 3% owf, adding 0.5 ~ 1% owf wetting drying, stereotypes.
2. No stereotypes, for refining
If the fabric without stereotyping, product can be used in the refining bath, its use 2 ~ 3%
Procedures are as follows:

【用途及用量】
本品的突出特点：用于分散染料，可有效提高其升华牢度；能有效提高水洗牢度；对织物色光影响极小；具有改善手感的功能。
工艺应用：浸轧工艺，浸渍工艺。
1.用于定型
若坯布需要定型，则吸轧本品2～3％o.w.f，加入渗透剂0.5～1％o.w.f烘干、定型。
2.无需定型，用于精炼
若坯布不需定型，本品可使用于精炼浴，其使用量2～3％
程序如下：
1.将已加本品之精炼浴升温至43℃。然后缓缓升温至82℃。
2.在82℃恒温运转30分钟。 3.排液，冷水冲洗。
3.用于后处理开幅定型前
本品也可用于后处理浴中，以防止黄变或色相改变。
制备处理浴 本品2～3％
